Industry practitioners sometimes find themselves teaching new team members the basics from the ground up. They might even feel that the education system did not prepare these newcomers well enough. We are developing a program called '\RE\FORM' to accelerate the solution of this problem, especially for those aspiring to be brand consultants. It is crucial for us, because we know that the future of our industry depends on the new talent coming in.

We have noticed that industry practitioners often do not have enough time to create comprehensive internship programs; therefore, we have taken additional steps in developing ours. Typical internships usually focus on practical work and mentoring but lack a deeper learning approach for adults, known as Andragogy (the art and science of helping adults learn). While hands-on experience is important, it often does not fully prepare new talent to think critically about the field's horizon. Hence,
\ R E \ F O R M ' transcends typical internships. We designed it based on discussions with academicians*, college students*, graduates*, and industry practitioners to understand their challenges and aspirations.
