Drawing from the world’s rich history of learning, our avatar for internal culture takes the form of The Karsa. It embodies the spirit of clearing the path through collaborative ideas and shared goals. This culture is for lifelong learners who strive for continuous improvement, pushing towards new horizons while standing on the shoulders of giants. As we will explore together, The Karsa consists of six values that form our core rotation.

Nothing is new under the sun. What Ki Hajar Dewantara brought to Indonesia had already occurred in Greece and Italy. However, he further developed the idea and created relevant adaptations that evolved into Patrap Triloka. He might not have been the Anteambulo, but his spirit of clearing the path for Indonesians was remarkable and, sadly, often forgotten. His spirit aligns with \\'; DNA. Our DNA as Indonesians will bring back and relentlessly evolve the spirit of The Karsa. Having The Karsa in \\'; means:
/ 01
We are your collaboration partner in discovering meaningful brand experience, providing collaborators in creating opportunities, eliminating distractions and solving the problems which hinder the goals.
/ 02
We have the ideal spirit to continuously bolster \\'; DNA and grow with all collaborators to push the limits.
Symbol Development
Simple, relevant, meaningful, robust anchor and as easy to remember in daily life.

The Vitruvian Man by Leonardo da Vinci
Created in the past by Anteambulo, the Vitruvian Man portrays the design of the human body, illustrating the precise proportions of the Golden Ratio. The Karsa symbol is inspired by this idea and is ultimately represented through one of our own body parts, the hand.

Six core values that are continuously encouraged in our daily practice, working together as a balanced system that guides our decisions and shapes our aspirational mindset.
